wonderful stay!
room upgrade great location really good staff
I was happy with the room upgrade upon my arrival, a very kind gesture! the location was fantastic, close to everything. the staff were really good and always ready to assist with a smile. the food selection was great. I especially enjoyed the christmas dinner.
i noticed there were not enough umbrellas around the kids pool which is a safety concern. sitting in the sun all day without shade is dangerous, especially for young children. it is essential to provide adequate shade for a kids pool area.

totally awesome stay!
efficient staff clean room amazing bar
the check in went smooth and reception staff was very efficient. my room was super clean and big, and it totally had everything i needed like tea things and a hairdryer. i spent time at the pool and found loads of beds available, the pool bar was amazing with really good service and snacks!
the lifts got super busy at meal times, i had to wait a while sometimes.

the family room included modern decor and fresh linens. plenty space for luggage. air conditioning worked great, so i slept comfortably every night, it was super quiet and i never heard other guests.

close to the main street, shops and restaurants were only minutes away by foot and there were taxi ranks very nearby too. access to public transport to the beaches was really close, there are so many cool things right around!

the food area had a wide choice at breakfast and dinner. i saw many dishes with meat and vegetarian options. there was also plenty of fresh fruit and bread, i always found something really great to eat.

totally amazing stay!
clean room modern hallway plentiful food
i checked in, and the room was so clean. the hallways were really modern. i found so many sunbeds around the pool too, that was awesome! the food was amazing with roast beef and yorkshire pudding.

my room was spacious and so clean, it had everything! i really liked the well equipped feel and that the air conditioning works when the patio door is closed which is very cool.

the hotel is in a great spot close to all the bars! it's also near shops. i was just a short walk from the main beach, very convenient for swimming.

swift check-in clean room abundant beds varied food
the reception managed a large group check-in swiftly our room was conveniently on the first floor per request it was clean offering ample space and essential amenities including a hairdryer the pool area had abundant beds ensuring relaxation. i found the breakfast and evening meals plentiful and diverse i appreciated the sports bar as a quieter option for conversation.

the restaurant selection provided good variety. the terrace provided a nice place for relaxation. a kettle and fridge were included in the room, i believe.
I found the lifts to be slow. I experienced some waiting.
